Car Wash Membership Terms of Service

Membership Subscription

By subscribing to our Car Wash Membership, you authorize Blu Swan Express Carwash to automatically charge your payment method each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. This subscription will continue until you cancel it by submitting a request through our website's cancellation form, with at least seven days' notice before your next billing date. No refunds or credits are available for partial periods.

SMS Text Messaging Program

As a Blu Swan Express Carwash member, you may opt in to receive recurring SMS messages related to your membership, including promotional offers, account updates, rewards notifications, service reminders, and other program-related messages. By opting in, you agree to receive automated messages at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message to let you know you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To opt back in, simply sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at contact@bluswancarwashtampa.com or 813-354-9696. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Email Communications

You may also opt in to receive email communications related to your membership. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every email.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties.

Changes and Cancellations

Members can manage their accounts online to discontinue, pause, or change plans (limit one membership level change per 90 days) and update payment information. Requests to cancel or modify memberships must be made with sufficient notice as outlined above. Blu Swan Express Carwash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time.

Terms and Conditions

Membership is valid for one vehicle only and may be used during normal business hours. Family or fleet plans may be available at participating sites and are subject to location-specific terms. We reserve the right to close or modify operating hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, special events, or other circumstances. Rates and terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
